I bought the book, Successful Practising, yesterday and have to say it is a little gem: It has information in it that I am sure most of the teachers and some of the advanced players know already, but it really does give excellent and inspirational tips in a nutshell without having to wade through tons and tons of text and is set out in such a way that it is very easy to read.

Thanks for the recommendation, PianoNotes. It's always useful to know of new resources.

Would it be possible to have a few more details, for example the author and publisher, please?

It comes straight up if you Google the title

Whoops. That was rather remiss of me. To save anyone else having to google, it is written by Jenny MacMillan and is self published.

EDIT: I should add that is ?15.
