Afternoon all,

I am here to say goodbye.

After a number of INTERESTING and topical topics over the years, I feel it is time for me to depart from this forum. My reasons are stated below.

1) My "how to take criticism" thread was removed and I was given no explaination as to why.
2) My internet broke for a second time and my wife has hidden my keys (our door locks automatically so this means when I want to leave the house I have to place a stick at the door to hold it open for my return) and this makes going to the internet cafe rather difficult.
3) I wish to spend less time on the computer and more time working on my MUSIC.
4) I wish to spend less time on the computer and more time working on other INVENTIONS that I have created e.g. a device for picking up coins found in the street.
5) I am actually a 20 year old girl with uni exams in a week which I should probably start working for.

Thanks to those of you who got got angry or gave excellent advice- it was really appreciated by my friends and me.

from what I gathered from the initial post which started this thread Berni is a 20 years old university girl student in a civil partnership with a woman who has taken away the house keys and keeps her as a prisoner in their own house. I hope she finds a way to make it to her exams or to get back into the house afterwards or if she leaves a 'stick' to keep the front door from closing as had done in the past that she finds her belongings when she gets back

I thought Mad Tom was the alter ego of another disliked member from yonks ago who claimed to be a fantastic pianist with the definitive answer to everything and obsessed with kids and child protection/CRBs etc. and finished every post with the same smilies. Shows how wrong you can be.
