Hello all,

As part of the South East Clarinet Day, but also featured as a separate event, there are still places available to come along and either watch or take part in a one off performance and masterclass by top orchestral clarinettist, Tim Lines.

Tim Lines and renowned British composer Martin Butler will perform a recital including Butler's 'Four Characters' for clarinet and piano and the beautiful Schumann Fantasy Pieces for clarinet and piano.

Tim will then be giving an open masterclass made up of 15-20 minute sessions with participants and giving advice on all aspects of clarinet playing, from tone, technique and interpretation, to practising effectively.

If you would like to come to the masterclass as a participant, the fee will be ?20 or you can pay ?10.00 just to come as an observer.

This is an excellent opportunity for an informal performance and masterclass with one of the most talented clarinettists in our country with opportunities to meet and speak with him or ask his advice on any clarinet related issues after the masterclass.
