A piece with that title is in the contents list for a book called really easy jazzin about.... but I can't see a preview to know if it's the correct piece.

Yes, it's Jumping Bean from Really Easy Jazzin' About.

Likewise I don't have a spare copy to hand. But one of my pupils has this book and did this piece sometime last year. I'm pretty sure it's correct.

I've fished out my Really Easy Jazzin' About - yes it is the piece "The Jumping Bean"
However, it has an additional improvisation or something at the end - on the Youtube performance that is.
