Aha, a 44a takes 127 film - in theory a good photo processor should be able to do this, but in practice probably so few have been seen in a while it could be an internet job. If you do have a decent local camera shop, do go and talk to them as you may find Fred's been doing 127 for 40 years or some such

But, if you goolge for '127 film' you will find a lot of people wanting to help you out.
If it were my film, I wiould probably go with
Fujifilm who will charge you 10 pounds to dev, print and scan to CD - investigation may find you can get it cheaper. And absolute without question I would get it developed.
120 film - it depends on the size of picture the camera takes. It can be as few as 3 or as many as 16 pictures on a roll!
