I've got a copy of it although I don't use it very much. It's really designed for working with groups to develop musicianship.

If you want any more info, I can get it out and give you a bit more detail about what's in it but realistically not before Friday now.

I had it out of the library some years ago, but to be honest, most of it wouldn't really work in a one-to-one situation, and anyway, I wasn't sure it was that 'creative' anyway.
