I sent a 20 0dd page document to print yesterday and ran out of paper a few pages before the end. Not having any more paper at the time, I left it and when I went back tried to resume printing. It printed off a few pages and then stopped. The problem is, the document is still in the print queue, despite trying all ways to get rid of it and it's now blocking important printing that I need to do this morning.

I've tried shutting down completely and looking in the help topics of the printer, but just can't find anything to help.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Thanks

Edit: It's also telling me the printer is out of paper (it's not).

You should be able to DISPLAY PRINT QUEUE from the devices and printers section of the control panel. For future reference. Glad you got it sorted.

Then delete the offending document....
