You can't necessarily say because Leicester were mediocre this season that they'll be mediocre again next season.
You have a good manager, and are sure to buy some new players before next season.

You're welcome to do well in the Championship as long as you don't beat Leicester

So you don't mind Nicki if Charlton win promotion getting all the remaining 122 points as long as we get nothing from Leicester?

As long as Leicester stay up, then nope

I think Leicester will have a better time of it in 2007/8 than they did this season just gone.
But then this is from the forumite who confidently predicted Leeds would be promoted this season.
Oh dear.......
Well, you were half-right about Leeds. They certainly aren't playing in the same division next season....

I currently think its safer to ask how the "canaries" are doing in Norwich (not normally a conversation that is greeted with a smile) than to mention Football anywhere Elland Road.
Sorry Barry, but as a life-long Spurs supporter, I was hoping the Charlton match would go the way it did.

Or even Lewes if they reach the first round again and meet them in the FA Cup

We only need to draw and hope Bolton and Portsmouth both lose to qualify for Europe!

We'll qualify as long as Bolton or Tottenham lose to Aston Villa or Man City respectively.
We're only 1 point behind Bolton, but our goal difference is far superior to their's, so a draw could be enough, as long as other results go our way.
And we've got a slightly better goal difference than Tottenham, despite being 3 points behind them.

There are all sorts of twists and turns for European places and relegation. As it stands, Sheffield United are going down

And Bolton will be in Europe as they and Reading are drawing *hopes Villa score*

Surprising Charlton managed to score at Anfield of all places, and at the wrong time of the season...

Still, Reading can take credit that they've managed to score 3 times at Anfield this season in the Carling Cup, which is half the amount Liverpool have conceded at home in the Premiership all season!

Have we had season predictions yet? I reckon:
Prem:
Champions - Chelsea
Runners-up - Arsenal
3rd place - Liverpool
18) Wigan
19) Sheff U
20) Watford
Championship:
1) Crystal Palace
2) West Brom
Play-off winner: Southampton
22) Coventry
23) Colchester
24) Southend
Barry's Prediction:

I did a similar post earlier, but I'll put my predictions in a slightly better form here.
Premiership : 1. Chelsea, 2. Arsenal, 3. Liverpool, 4. Manchester United
18. Manchester City, 19. Middlesbrough, 20. Sheffield United (Aston Villa should be OK I feel with O'Neill as manager, Everton I think will just survive).
Championship : 1. Crystal Palace, 2. Leeds United, Plymouth Argyle up through play offs.
22. Sheffield Wednesday, 23. QPR, 24. Colchester United.

My predictions for those teams that will go up to the Premiership: I think Leeds should do it, and I have a feeling Preston and Wolves could also join them. As for relegation from the Premiership, I'll say Watford, Aston Villa and Sheffield United will go down.
I'm going to try out my luck and say that Leyton Orient will follow Southend into the Championship.
