You are young, Katyjay. Better to acknowledge one's age I should think and then like it (and do it proud) or at least be content with it, rather than keep it a dark secret shrouded in worry, feelings of inadequacy and insecurity! wink.gif Well done, Katyjay. smile.gif

I agree. Think about this : when we will be 90, we may wish to be 70 again, and we may regret not having liked that age at the moment itself.
Imagine yourself later looking back at your life history, concluding that most of your lifetime you'd have been regretting your age...
Would be too bad !
CrazyDudette22
Totally random but one day in your life...you were the youngest person in the entire universe... even if you born a split second before someone else...

Just too bad we haven't been aware of it. sad.gif tongue.gif

Whoever you are at 90, may I just add that my wonderful neighbour is a genuinely happy person and still quite healthy at 98! In fact, she only quit weekly line dancing (not witht the elderly, mind, but with all ages in the class) only 3 years ago!!! smile.gif

Thats amazing! I didn't thing anyone of that generation would have had much interest in computers but now I know. My dad is considerably younger and he hates them passionately.

And who voted for 0-9?

Tess
Good question and well spotted, CE! biggrin.gif

I would like to know who voted for 0-9 because it means VN will have a peer on this forum. She hasn't voted yet! smile.gif As a child she used to mix (and still do) with adults. I always think little girls shd be little girls and not grow up too fast! sad.gif

My teacher said that the way you behave when you are 16 is the way you will behave for the rest of your life. Which I think for most people could be true

Eep...only 22 days until the fate of my life is decided then :|

lol it might not be exactly 16. But the attitudes, and the way you talk to people, who you choose to make friends with, how mature (not how you perceive yourself) but what you are mentally, what you think about yourself etc.

so me? I'm going to be a looney for the rest of my life! biggrin.gif Me and my friend Pippa went to the fair with some other friends, and went on the carousel and were doing the royal wave at people! It was strange how many people waved back!!! biggrin.gif
Helen
Edit: Ooops sorry Tess! I didn't read your post before saying it was probably VN!

Oh help! I know some pretty afful 16 year olds. blink.gif

I just calculated our (approximative) average age :

24,5 years old !

P.S. I didn't take the old one (above 90) into account. In scientific statistics, extreme values are often excluded. wink.gif

eeeek!

I really hope that's not true, I was hoping to become slightly more sensible some time before 20!
elmo
But why would you want to do that?! Take all the fun out of it!! biggrin.gif
