I am finding noe that I have two solid weeks of rehersals is that I am losing my voice quite alot. Fortunatly, I have a week off this week and next, but, I am afraid that I'll will lose my voice during show week. Is there anyway of keep my throat from going sore and stopping me from losing my voice.

First thing, and most important, Ceri:
If your voice or throat feel at all uncomfortable in a rehearsal, or your voice sounds like it's going, stop singing - and explain why. If it's a solo section you're working on, ask to skip it for the time being, if it's chorus stuff, mime. You seriously don't want to push your voice beyond the comfortable.
Secondly - keeping your throat in good shape:
-Don't shout at anyone for any reason for the next 7 weeks! And only talk when you have to!!
-Drink LOTS of water to keep your throat lubricated.
-If you feel the first snuffles of a cold, drink HOT water with a 1cm-thick slice of lemon in it. This works even better if you cut the lemon slice into quarters crossways so that the lemon juice can mix with the water. Inhale the steam off the cup before you drink the hot water.
-If your throat feels a little dodgy before singing, I find a lemon Locket 10 minutes before I have to sing works wonders.
-Get enough sleep each night - this does make a huge difference to the voice.
Good luck
Cheers
