OK, so what's with all this pinning nonsense.. The first page of Forums Cafe now only shows about 4 topics because every-topic-and-his-dog has been pinned!!!

Its because of all the awards so we can find them easily...but yes i agree they're annoying...cant find any threads!! Maybe they will be deleted when awards have finished...

Can't they do a link were it makes all the award threads collapse so we can see them when we won't to.

Would be useful...but might not be possible.

Btw, (just in case you haven't read the main awards thread) the event for the Awards Ceremony is on the calendar. That way, we might be able to get more people to come!

I propose ONE pinned topic which links to the other threads.. This is certainly possible!!

Well, I originally asked her to pin up the Awards Ceremony thread ONLY, then she asked me if I wanted her to pin up the other awards threads, but I had no choice but to say yes. There were two threads she didn't pin up, but never mind!

Could we possibly have another Forum added especially for Pinned postings?

If the links to all of the award topics go in one topic, maybe the forum recordings topic could be merged with one with a more relevant topic name and then pinned?

Well... there is always "no thanks"...but this is probably just me being pedantic.

I agree that it's a bit annoying when trying to find other topics now those are all pinned at the top, I think it would be better with just one or none since people looking for it will find it (not that I don't just use 'view new posts' most of the time anyway ).
