I did a Google search on "P&H mute" and got one hit. It was for a defunct page by an Uckfield retailer, but the Google quote said they were for a cornet. A cornet mute would probably fit a trumpet, or could be made to, but from the photograph the actual mutes could be for trumpet, cornet or trombone. You need to know the size to eliminate trombone mutes, and possibly measure the taper to distinguish between trumpet and cornet.

i dont think you'll have to much of a problem using cornet mutes in trumpets as i have a harmon streight (both metal and paper) and cup mutes that fit in both instruments - and all the effects work to the sames extent
