how well do you have to play the quick study.

How much of the other grades do you have to know as well as g6.

Can someone describe the viva section?

Thanks in advance

As far as I know, the only grade really focused on is grade ....there are a few people on here who have taken this diploma...Margaret..Appassionata...you could PM them.

Have you looked in the syllabus? In the original 2000 syllabus (it was revised this year) on page 122 it has a grid of the qualities and marks you would get. There are five different categories: fail (0-5), pass (6-7), a clear pass (8-9), a high pass (10-11) and distinction (12-15). It's a similar grid to the one found in "These Music Exams" for the grade examinations. There are also grids for all the other componants of the examination at all three diploma levels.

I hope that helps. smile.gif

Thanks for respnoses

Yes I've got all the details etc. I was just hoping for a descritption of the exam from someone. The best thing for me is to just carry on getting prepared and find out when I get there.

Thanks again
