Hi, I have 2 suzuki violins that I played at the ages of 4 - 8 they are 1/4 and 1/10 in size. i have been hanging on to them for sentimental reasons for quite some time and I am trying to find out where I can get their value appraised.

I have tried giving them away to friends or people with small children but it seems there is little interest in my social circle for the violin. So I am attempting to sell them but I need a fair price to ask.

If anyone here can help me I would be greatful

if you need me to post #'s and anno I can; or I wouldn't mind a link to a site that could give me an idea

Thank you in advance,

Ian

You won't get a lot for them but you could try ebay - make sure though that first you take some very clear photographs, second that you give an accurate description, and third that you don't start at any price lower than that which you are actually prepared to take for them. If they are genuine Suzukis in full working order I'd be inclined to try for £50 each.

This is the best time of the year to sell. if you sell them there and want later advice on packaging and posting, I can reasonably claim to be an expert smile.gif
