Is it true that is you are doing any national curriculum tests that u cannot do any grades until you have finished the tests.
I am really worried by this as i am would like to do it before

Absolute rubbish. There is no association between the Government's SATS and the Associated Board exams. Anyway, SATS usually fall before the summer session of music exams.

I heard it from my school they said i couldnt come out of school

Perhaps they just meant that you can't have the day off school to sit a music exam if you have SATs on that day.

It would make sense if it was on the same day, as I'm presuming everone has to take them at the same time, like GCSE's etc. I can't see any other reason. If you find out what week the SAT's are, or whatever exams it is that you're taking, then you can ask the ABRSM for them not to be in that week
