Sometimes when I am singing my legs (particularly) and arms (occasionally too) start shaking. This is not neccessarily caused by nerves more an uncontrollable adrenalin rush which is quite noticeable especially when I'm holding props. also it doesn't happen every time I perform by any means and is not dictated by the size of the audience. Is there anything I can do to lessen this or does anyone else share this problem?

Thanks for sharing Trumpetgeek. Do you find this makes you more self concious - how do you handle the problem?

I always do breathing exercises if I'm in the wings or deep exhalation if I can be seen. I've never done physical exercises though except opening the throat type ones. You're right I'm sure it would help . Pity it's a bit embarrassing though!Do you have the same shaking when you play trumpet? Or anyone else who stands up to play instrumental solos?
