Heidi is doing her grade 5 singing.

Songs - wonderful.

Sight-singing; sometimes good, sometimes iffy.

Aural - great at anything that does not rely on remembering a long melody to sing back.

Nat - SAAB FOREVER

I'm playing for two GR8 singers this afternoon - I'm always so thankful that it's not my exam!!

That's not text talk it's an abbreviation!

It's GR8 for Grade 8 not for the word great!

I know, thats why I said great and grade 8. Just thought it was quite amusing.

Daughters Gr 7 flute was fine. She was happy with the pieces, scales were fine (didn't get to do the ones she always fluffs so that was a relief), said the aural was also fine, sight reading not too bad, so just have to wait to hear the result now.
she said as she came out, a lady was waiting in the waiting room and asked her if that was her playing in there, to which she replied yes. The lady said that she thought it was a cd playing it sounded so professional, my daughter was well chuffed!! Lets hope the examiner was of the same opinion

I had my exam today and I did gd with a few funny mistakes my hands were shaking thats why !!

Got results today!! Daughter got merit for Grade 7 flute, she was really pleased
