James galway's over here in Cork this week, doing a gig with him and Cork Youth Orchestra tomorrow night, if anyone is in the vicinty and didn't know about it smile.gif

Met him on Sunday for a publicity photoshoot and got to play his two very nice, expensive gold flutes ... I now want one of them tongue.gif Lol, I wish.

oh it was biggrin.gif feel like iv been living in a dream land for the last couple days - they just flew past, and well ... he's a character wink.gif Excellent sound ... tried out his flutes, absolutely amazing ... make any flute player cry just looking at them for wanting them LOL tongue.gif

He's really lovely. I played in a mass flute choir with him last year. He takes so much time out to talk to people, and is really lovely. It is his birthday soon, I believe!
