hello i think that the first movement and slow movement are quite easy, but then scherzo is quite a challenge. i can't get past the triplets and fast semiquavers!
Alibonebone!
Hello! I'm doing that one at the mo (not that keen on it but hey). I'm the opposite, I hate the first movement but find the 2nd and 3rd fine. In the first one of my problems is that I get faster and faster making the triplets very tricky dry.gif .

In the last movement those triplets are annoying because they're good to triple tongue but they're not that fast, so my tongue tries to run away out of control on that one!

yeah...i find the scherzo's cadenza easy enough, but you should listen to Christian Lindberg play it!!!

it's gobsmacking!

or, in his case lip busting lol

I have it and have tried playing it. The problem is I bought the music in bass clef and I play treble so am finding it hard to play atm. I have only looked at the 1st movement but it seems quite a nice piece smile.gif

I played that piece a while ago. I think that the 3rd movement is definitely hardest, but probably the most fun to play! The second movement is really pretty, though.

I don't want to have a go at the 2nd movement until I have a copy of the treble clef part...I don't fancy playing the bass clef part with 6b's rolleyes.gif
