I took my double bass out last night for its first gig with a friend who played alto sax, half way through the second set my bass moved a good 3 feet away from myself, i think this adds a new interpretation to walking bass. Maybe i should call it sliding bass. Anyhow everyone remarked in the Italian bistro that it was a good night.
