I need to find sheet music (originals or officially published) for the Glasgow Music Festival next year. The piece I am looking for is:
Andante et Petit Rondo op.154
by CH Dancla
Please respond if you know where I could get this elusive piece of music. Thanks.

Most festivals arrange for local music shops to keep their music. If you have tried local music shops without success, contact the entries secretary from the festival and tell them you are having difficulty finding the piece. He/she should be able to help.

I'd recommend:
Music For Granted 0141 942 6050
55 Stockiemuir Avenue, Glasgow, G61 3JJ
If they don't have it in stock, the lady (who's name has temporarily slipped my mind!) will usually do her best to find it for you.

Talking of elusive pieces, has anyone ever heard of a piece called November? Artist unknown, origin unknown, I found an old photocopy in the attic a couple of years back, and it's a really beautiful piece. I think some German girls on an exchange thing left it here, but I don't know. It's in F# minor and it sounds like it should be film music.
