my text has gone, I'm ok but everything went yellow, it's not fair that my dream didn't come true, nothing important, but I woke up feeling so empty yet so full - difficult to explain really

Take scrap paper from the box. Screw it into a small ball and throw it with considerable force against the nearest wall. Repeat until you feel better/they come and take you away.

Hmm interesting, but somehow I'm not sure that'll cure the illness !!!

Perhaps you should take a trip to the sunny Caribbean... No need for winter stuff here

It won't cure illness, but it will let out depression and frustration. I used to do this when I was a financial controller, and all my staff did it too when they needed to let off some steam. Over year end there could be a positive hailstorm of bits of paper flying about.....people didn't come into finance without knocking at that time.....

One could get quite jealous!

At least I have actually been to beaches like this, and so I know what I'm missing, not sure that's a good thing !!
