Bouffykins, note that you have a rival for my affection!!! Virtual smooching is one thing, but perhaps catching an earlier train, running up to my house with a HUGE bouquet of flowers, then running back down to catch the next train might help to make amends. Otherwise, I may have to consider catching the next flight out to Barbados to visit GC.

If the two of you wish to duel for my hand, it should at least have a musical link. Perhaps a "Battle of the Organists" at a point halfway between Sussex and Barbados (Cyrilla's husband could referee!), or maybe the first one to convince my church organist that I should be allowed to sing EVERY descant part during EVERY carol during EVERY Christmas service.

Ah yes, it is on the LLCM syllabus I think, I avoided it and chose some Mendelssohn (Sonata 4, finale) instead.. lol

Turned up in one of my ARCO papers I think when we had to decide who the likely composer was for a given piece and then write an analysis for the extract. Easy one that !

b. Whilst I'm sure your organ is very nice, how typical to start comparing your equipment with someone else. (Remembering katyjay's earlier comments about misinterpretation, I would like to stress that I at least am talking about musical instruments which have several manuals, stops and pipes. I can't vouch for anyone else).

c. I see I'm only good enough for you when that pianist woman isn't around. I've been second best before and it hurts so it's me or her.
