Has anyone been able to get it online without going thru the pc ? How is it done ?
my Clavinova is a CVP303

Hiya, I'm going to be getting a Yamaha Clavinova CVP-307 soon & thought that it had to be connected to a computer (with internet connection) to access the internet on it. I'm not sure though so don't take my word for it. You could always email Yamaha & ask them if it is possible. smile.gif

Ok, I just had a good look through the Clavinova brochure I got sent in the post & it says that to use the Direct Internet Connection feature you have to have a wireless internet adaptor (which just plugs straight in without wires/leads) or as I said before, connect it to the internet via a USB port on a computer. I have a wireless internet adaptor for my laptop but I'm not sure if it can be used for the piano too so I'll have to wait & see.
