Have you ever wondered when the note mneumonics were first used? Does anyone have an idea?

Have you thought of any original ones? blink.gif

Nope, they've never helped me much! I use numbers to remember things smile.gif.
I know another one, though (I think everyone knows it): Great Big Dogs Fight Animals (for the lines in bass clef).

Big Elephants Always Drink Gin, for the order of flat major keys.

Father Christmas Goes Down All Escalators Backwards, for the order of sharp major keys.
ItsAllGoodAndSmiley
For the order of sharps I was always taught: Father Charles Goes Down And Ends Battle, and it is exactly the reverse for the order of flats - Battle Ends And Down Goes Charles' Father
