Yes, you can. You taking it for nerves or to lower blood pressure etc?
Anxiety. I've been having it for a while, but am fed up of headaches and having to sit and wait for them to end!

I presume it has been prescribed by your GP?

Do you find it helps? I was prescribed it once and it didn't make any difference. Hope you will feel better soon.
That's good - have thought of using it myself in the past too!
Dunno if it makes me feel better really. I had it before and felt better, but I don't feel any different this time!
