What form is this piece in?!!? Does anyone have an analysis to it or something? I believe it's a rhapsodic polonaise?

It is in quatrain form. You might find the article "The Form of Chopin's Polonaise-Fantasy" by William Rothstein useful. The article can be found in the book _Music Theory in Concept and Practice_, published by University of Rochester Press (1997).

Trying applying a bit of chaos theory, might get somewhere.
I have nothing really of any value to add, so I'll get my coat.

The piece is in Ternary form (ABA) with a short introduction
edit: hang on a sec, just realised you were talkin bout the polonaise fantasie in a flat, not polonaise in a flat op.53... never mind........

The op 53 Polonaise is a more musically satisfying composition than the Polonaise-Fantaisie - Discuss [25]
