Hey,
I have been playing piano for a few years now and am roughly grade 6/7 standard. I practise daily random pieces and scales and stuff, but i feel i'm not getting any better.
Can someone PLEASE help me develop my hand strength/speed.
Thanks

Hi, just got your PM

. I'll pen my reply here so if anyone else has similar questions I don't have to write it again

.
Given you're grade 6 or 7 I'd start by having a look at some Bach 2- and 3-part Inventions; there are editions available on the site Irish Loony mentioned. Learn each of the two or three voices independently before putting them together. Make sure you pay particular attention to having even rhythms and no false accents: doing so will increase your control, an important faculty to play accurately at speed.

Ah yes - I know the feeling well....
I go by the fact that one can do everything one wants....except one's time has to be organised and managed efficiently

I play whenever I can!
