PS I think you should have put Lady Moonlight first on your list in the firsts - I can get by, but she plays regularly so is bound to be more confident!

The piece is in G Major so it should be fairly 'user-friendly'!

The names were listed in no particular order - otherwise I wouldn't have put myself first in the violas

Just a thought... would the balance be better with 3 on first and 2 on 2nd rather than the other way round?

But this is subject to the fact that my learner violining skills aren't yet going to make that much difference to the balance!

You going to aim for the first note in each bar?

That'd be a good start Especially as I've had a bit of shoulder bother, and lifting the violin is my current daily target

Sounds good - I missed the bit where you said what we are playing though. Do I need to practise or are we putting it together on the day? If I need it beforehand, would someone mind letting me know where to get it from. Sorry if I am making you repeat yourselves! (I am taking it that it is fairly easy ish?!)
