Hello everyone, i m cutieswen n this is my first time login this forum.

I have a question, i m taking diploma course. My teacher always ask me to play n memorize J.S Bach's Invention.

I know maybe i learnt song very slowly, so i ask teacher can i read n practise diploma exam pieces first. But she said cannot, bec i cant take exam now. But i didnt say i want to take exam , i only want to read n practise by myself first.

When first day i attend her class , i told her i want to take exam faster bec very poor. She said ok, but now she tell me she will let me take the exam more than 3 years to 5 years..

I just want to know, is it the diploma exam so difficult to pass?? N y my teacher always ask me to play J.S Bach's Invention.Is it the correct way for me to take diploma ? Is it have to take so much years to take the exam??
