Hi,

A friend of mine has been singing in an amateur music society for 25 years but unfortunately, due to a number of circumstances, the society will disband after their next show.

Part of their final show will be a concert which has a movie theme and my friend has been asked to sing a duet. She is an alto and she is singing with a mezzo soprano and I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good duets from movies that they could maybe sing.

Any suggestions would really be appreciated.
Thanks

Male-female duet or Female-female?

Are you resticted to songs from films or can they be from stage musicals?

Duets such as All I Ask of You from Phantom, I Sill Believe or Last Night of the World from Miss Saigon, I Know Him So Well from Chess are all possibilities.

Thouston and I did the Cat Duet at the Woodford Green concert. Went down pretty well.

Photos of it on the "It's Getting Closer" thread.
