In the message server in the picture messages, what needs to be put in to recieve and send pictures?

Help needed for a friend

You need to send a MMS message. Some phones cannot receive these messages or send them.

Explain please?

I'm referring to Picture Message Settings

Well, I think it should be automatically enabled whether they can send/receive them.

On some phones you need to go onto the company website and get some settings sent to your phone, but I dunno if orange do this. Do a search at the Orange website for MMS or mulitmedia messages.
