Just splitting hairs: geographically, Jersey isn't part of the UK, it's part of what's known as 'The United Kingdom and Islands'.

May I have associate membership? I like Swanage, but pleasant memories of it are marred by being forced to loiter outside the Co-op for hours on end (well, about ten minutes, but I'm very impatient at times).

I would believe, we get a lot of people om school trips staying at Burwell House.
There's also a lot of history to the place, and geographically its reasonably interesting as it is fen-edge.

Err No. I think you'll find that WESTBURY is known for the horse, not Bratton. It's the Westbury White Horse, and it overlooks Westbury. Not skanky old Bratton. WESTBURY

But it was buit becuase King Alfred won a battle in ethandun

- which is between bratton and edington - the horse is actually nearer bratton as well!

- its just because westbury is the nearest town - and who cares anyway

- the horse is no-longer white and tourists only come for the view - and not that of the horse!

oh and Bratton aint skanky - at the last count we had 4 chavs! - every other person in westbury is a chav! so i conclude that westbury is more skanky!

It just seems to me that it's a waste of energy to battle over a lesser monument.
