How do you upload pictures?

currently the standard ways are magic, bribery and terrible web sites such as bebo and piczo which I hate profusely although there exist far better ways

I don't understand those - can you actually give me instructions how to include a photo in the post.

To upload a photo, use [IMG] [/IMG] tags when posting, and place the URL of the photo in between the tags.

Hope that makes sense
