There are six flats in the key signature - the Db is sharpened.

In case you have problems with any other scale in future, it's useful to remember that the intervals are the same irrespective of the key.

For harmonic minor

Tonic, Tone, semitone, tone, tone, semitone, "minor 3rd" (3 semitones? 1.5 tones?), semitone.
