I am a voice compitetion tomorrow morning at 9:40
how do i get my voice as strong and ready as it is in the afternoon in only the short amount of time awake that i have before i have to perform??
i can not change my time... so don't mention it

Drink water, and plenty of it, from when you get up. Make the first drink of the day hot water with a shot of lemon juice in it to clear any overnight grot from your throat.
Start a gentle warm-up at 9am if you can, so that you are really fighting fit by 9.40

To get the body really ready, you need to get up much earlier than normal (have heard several festival adjudicators advise this). Start with lots of gentle humming before your regular warm up routine. An early night, and a good breakfast a couple of hours before your performance to give your support the energy it needs, but not too close to the time, otherwise it will hamper it!
