I was just wondering if anyone knew of the key signatures of any of 'The Planets'? I need one thats in G Major to use as inspiration for a piece. Thanks everyone!

Just made YAP listen to the first 10 seconds of each and find out. None are in G major, although that doesn't rule out the possibility that there's a G major section somewhere in one of them. Mars apparently begins in G minor. Just out of interest why does it have to be in G major?

because my composition is in G major I've done things backwards, doing my pieces and then looking for 'inspiration' after i've done them! It doesn't really matter if none of them are in G major, i'm sure it isn't going to make a massive difference, but I was wondering out of interest!
