Mostly because of the rather humiliating 13 for scales.

Dont get down about it. Just think of it as a sign to practice your scales more

Scales are my strong point...... and I (almost)always practised them.
That is what makes it so bad.
There was a comment about unevenness and hands not always together and my teacher commented that she'd rarely found me guilty of either of those faults.

I always do as its quite useful to see what aspects I need to work on for my next exam...however for most of mine I was a bit too young to file them myself as I might have lost them so my dad said he'd keep them for me...and so he did...and lost them

Not helpful as we found ones from my grade 1,3 and 5 but couldn't find my grade 6 one!

Yup. I keep all of my certificates and other achievements in one big folder, and my ABRSM certificates are filed back-to-back with the comment sheets.

I'm waiting for the result of my first piano exam and I'll definitely keep the comment sheet. It's a good record of how I did and suggestions to take note of.

I keep mine, or rather my parents file them somwhere

but they do seem to re-materialise at times so I know they're not lost

I do. I think the certificate on its own wouldn't be so signicant without the comment sheet because the sheets tell you exactly how you did, how to improve and it also makes it a lot more unique and personel, especially with the additional comments part.

I really hope my mum has kept all my exam comment sheets because I'd really like to have a look at them. Haven't done an exam for 12 years and hoping to do Grade 8 later this year!
