Just making a quick poll to get answers for a couple of questions relating to the Leicester concert smile.gif. And please don't answer if you're not going to the concert: this isn't an offer to send brownies and coffee through the post biggrin.gif.

Nicki plans to make brownies, and would like a rough idea of numbers; if you think you might like one, could you vote? smile.gif.

I'll be bringing my espresso machine and grinder (it's a long story), and apparently I might have a queue ohmy.gif. How many people would be interested in coffee? I can bring my filter machine if there's going to be a few. I was planning to bring some decaff coffee beans too, for those who prefer.

There's room for one more question if anyone has one they want to know the answer to.

I voted, and I don't think it will take a genius to work out either answer (can we hear a chorus of "yummy" please?) wink.gif

Yes to brownies. (Please can we have the special ones though? It's been a while, and it will definitely settle my nerves - guaranteed to produce excessive giggling and big grins? hee hee )

Maybe to coffee? I'm generally a tea drinker, but like proper coffee every now and again.

Mm brownies, not an expert on coffee - i probably couldn't tell the diference - so any one will do! - it would be nice to get chocolate brownies through the post though!

I'm impressed that there are 4 espresso drinkers out there; I've only met two before in real life, and one of those was a visiting Italian smile.gif.

Oh, I drink espresso too, but I suspect I'll be sufficiently agitated on Saturday without an additional caffeine effect.....

For pref. I'd have the kind of coffee that's made *with* espresso, ie a latte (mmmm) for example, but espresso is good too.

KJ: YAP is going to make some decaf espresso so I understand smile.gif

OK, never tried a goats' milk latte; do you have some milk you could bring? If not, I could make you an Americano - just add water to espresso smile.gif.

Yes, that was the plan. I thought some people might prefer because of nervousness. It's a decaf (Sumatra) that manages to taste of something ohmy.gif.

I prefer espresso to Americano - I don't like watery coffee much! smile.gif - I do like it when it's all milky and scrummy. I think bringing goat's milk is a bit of a nono realistically, I already have heaps to carry (though you never know...) and anyway espresso is fine smile.gif
