I am thinking about singing at weddings this summer to earn a little extra $$. But, I have no idea how the whole repertoire thing works... So, I am wondering if people have suggestions for repertoire I would want to put together. I sing soprano.

Thanks in advance, and any other tips for me with this project would be helpful.

What level are you?

Standard Wedding repertoire includes Alleluia from Exultate Jubilate - Mozart, Laudate Dominum from Mozart's Solemn Vespers and Let the Bright Seraphim - Handel. Plus be prepared to have more popular repertoire or do something really special with a worship song. Be prepared to Pitch your fees initally at $100, and then negotiate. If they are videoing the Wedding, the double your fees, and take care to maintain the copyright of your performance. Don't sell yourself short. The florist, photographer, bell ringers etc, will all be charging significant sumsof money. Oh and make sure you declare your income to the IRS.

Can't forget good ol' Panis Angelicus either!

Just to add to what Jod has said, the fees for audio recordings are one and a half times.

There's also Bist du bei mir, the Ave Marias, Panis Angelicus, and any number of modern or secular things - One hand, one heart, I'll walk beside you, This is my lovely day, and more. Too tired to come up with many - been teaching since 10am.
What are you going to do about an accompanist?

There is a useful Hal Leonard book with CD accomps of wedding songs. Taking your own backing track can be very useful at times where you cannot practise with the organist, or choose not to! "It is called "Wedding Classics".
