Hortus Musicus (dir. Andres Mustonen), Himmel Earth Heaven Erde. One of three CDs I bought in Tallinn, the other two having been mentioned on pages 54 and 57.
Ahhh I love Tallinn!
I'm afraid my musical purchases there were not so distinguished, though - if memory serves, I bought some Estonian pop music (ranging from rather good to hysterically bad!)
Give them credit where it's due - they've won the Eurovision Song Contest more recently than the UK has.

Hehe, yes - as I say, some of it was pretty good!
One of the CDs I bought had the song from very early 2000s Eurovision on it, which is extremely pretty indeed... here tis, 1999, "
Diamond of Night". Still really like this song: prefer the Estonian version though
That CD was effectively the Estonian version of "Now 1999" - some of the songs on it are priceless... for all the wrong reasons

I still really enjoy listening to it though, some good stuff, some funny stuff, and lots of good memories attached

Hey, that was actually on topic now that I am listening to it

PS I'm delighted to know someone else has been to Old Hansa! I have very fond memories.
