Copland: Appalachian Spring, with added snoring from someone asleep on the sofa next to me (the holiday period has obviously worn her out and her "I'm going to sit and read" didn't have much reading in it!)

I love that piece, when there is no snoring. I have performed it with a couple of orchestras several times on tour and at local concerts.

Finzi's Carol, Baermann's Adagio and Keri Degg's Lament. We only recorded them (with my Zoom H4) in order to listen critically and, hopefully, improve our performance. It certainly helps.
