Delta's new album!!
At the moment I'm listening to the song 'Believe Again' - it has BEAUTIFUL orchestral string sections at the beginning....and then a beat comes in and it's kind of dancey (but still with gorgeous melodies!) and for the coda the strings return - LOVE IT!!!

Saint-saens synphony no.3, "Pour Orgue", 4th movement, the allegro maestro. it's fantastic. i love the bit with the part where the organ plays the pedals underneath the orchestra when they play the tune near the begining, with the deep 32 foot pipes!

Just finished watching Gergiev and the LSO on BBC 4, in Debussy's "La mer" and "L'apres-midi ..", with "Rite of Spring" and some weird Prokofiev: "Seven, they are seven". Great playing, some slightly odd balance that could well have been a result of microphone placing.
