Really, what wavelength is that on?

And to answer Benjaminja's original question - Paolo Fresu, Richard Galliano and Jan Lundgren, Mare Nostrum.

It's on the internet. You can find it here.

It plays a mixture of all sorts of recorder music, although possibly just slightly too much avant garde stuff too early in the morning for my liking. wacko.gif

Right, old man's memories time.

I saw Floyd in 1970 or 71 (can't quite remember) when they toured with DSOTM before it went out on disc. It was a staggering concert and remains one of the best I've ever been to. Even then their stage "rig" was impressive - brilliant lightshow (flares and smoke in "Careful with that axe, Eugene") and a surround sound system. Apart from Dark Side, there were lots of golden oldies including the whole of Echoes and big chunks of Ummagumma.

When the album came out I have to profess to being disappointed. My idea of Floyd was (and remains) Piper at the Gates of Dawn and Ummagumma, but over the years I have warmed to it and yes, it is actually b****y brilliant.
