Not sure if anyone out there can help me but I seem to have having problems printing scorch files.
I have been trying to print off some of the theory test sheets from the practicespot.com website. I have absolutely no problem viewing the pages on my computer but when I press the print button the computer makes a beep and the print box goes from blue to grey. Anything I do makes the computer go beep again. the only way out is to press "ctrl alt delete" to bring up the task box. sometimes when I do this I get another box that says "you need to select a scales value of more than 1". but nowhere can I see what this refers to. I have tried to change the page size (eg scale 90%) but this makes no difference.
I have played around with settings, downloaded up-to-date drivers etc and have now reached the end of my technical expertise. I have printed off scorch stuff before - digital music from musicroom without any problems so I am not sure why this is happening this time.
If I use the browser button to print ( which it says not to) I get three pages, 2 blank plus the printed one with the right side cut off, making the exercises useless.
Has anyone experienced this or can anyone advise ?
thanks

The same happened when I tried it. Perhaps there is a fault on the site - try contacting the Practicespot webmaster (small blue print at the bottom of the page). I have successfully printed out from the site on previous occasions.

Henry at PracticeSpot is very helpful. Perhaps you could email him direct if no one else can help you here?

I've had this problems with scorch in general on my home puter. It relates to memory, in my case. I can view the things, but the second i try to print (and the computer puts the stuff into printer memory) it crashes. I think they're pretty big files. I can't work out how to fix it, but if you hear anything helpful, I'd love to hear it!
