Do I need to (am I allowed to) take a photo-copy of the pieces for the examiner to follow? Grade 2 exam, recorder, tomorrow so quick replies please!

No!
He / she will be familiar with the music. It'a always helpful if you write down the three names of the pieces and hand that in - they have the order in front of them then.
