Tomorrow on Radio 3 at 19:30 they're broadcasting Youth Musics 'Big Gig!' Sounds really cool! Did anyone actually go to it/perform in it?

i know a lad that played on there.......... at least i was told he played on there. he played jazz, jack hutchinson???? most promising jazz musician undeer the age of 25???

Wow thats pretty impressive! Yeh i did listen - the compositions were fab! Id love 2 be in the national youth orchestra! Unfortunately im not grade 8 distinction.

... email address removed by moderator... I ain't i the national youth but would love to be at some point in my life at the mo I am in the Worcestershire Youth wind band playing clarinet. I lovin it.

Hmm, I know somebody who was in the NYO at the age of 12/13, I know she was grade 8+ standard at that age. I wish I could heard it but only just seen this post

I'd love to be in the NYO, hopefully in a few years time.... I'm in the Brighton Youth Orchestra at the moment.
