Hi, does anyone know if there is a way of getting hold of samples of music from the grade 8 singing syllabus?
It's just that there's so much music on there and it's not all in one book like it is for other instruments and I need to choose some pieces for my A level music receital.
I've tried the local music library but it hasn't got all the pieces I'm looking for, please help!!!

You could try the Naxos website; they have sample tracks for most of their CDs on their website, so if you do a search for the song you want (provided they've recorded it, I don't know how many they'll have) you can listen to a sample track (although it may only be a partial track now but will be enough to get an idea).
