I am more comfortable playing and feelin' jazz when playing with a Swing beat. My background is from the Yamaha Electone where I did fusion, jazz, ethnic, new age, etc.... I wanna sequence an upright bassline as well as a swing drum pattern and take the exams with me playin' the piano part. Are these allowed?? Sort of like the AB Jazz CD's "Minus One' tracks....

Anyone feels the same way?? Fortunately, my background from Electone exams had me breeze through improvisations.... Anyone else came from playing the Stagea or EL-90/900?
