Just can't put my finger on the name. It's the piece that goes...
G, Bflat, D, G, Bflat (going up) then going down: G, D, Bflat, G, then going up again: Bflat, D, G, Bflat, then down to G.
It has a dotted rhythm, probably, dotted quaver, semiquaver feeling.
If anyone can help ... that would be great!

Wow, I was searching so long for this piece about 6 months ago, it was used for something else too and I loved it. Thanks Jane!

Oh, I never saw that as we don't have a TV. Was it used for the classical BRIT awards a couple of years ago or something like that?

I'm not sure what it's been used in off hand, although I have heard it before, loads of times, and have always loved it. But yesterday, my mum said what is that piece?! So I decided to go through all my music books (not very successfullly as it wasn't in there though) and online, searching through ringtones pages etc, and then I found it! So happy to have finally got a name to that tune!

They also used the Triumphal March from Verdi's opera "Aida". So nice!!

That was great! Recognised it in the first few notes - it brings back memories because we played it continuously in concerts from November to April! My sister loves it as well
